The man called the woman an “ugly black bastard,” yet Ryanair staff members let him keep his seat.

The Vestiges of Humanity

Humanity- 1. The quality or state of being human.
                  2. The quality or state of being kind to other people or                           to animals.
                  3. All people

Inhumanity- 1. The quality or state of being cruel or barbarous.
                     2. A cruel or barbarous act.
                     3. Absence of warmth or geniality

It is true evil can dwell in all people but there are inalienable truths that throughout time there have only been one people who have been more capable of exhibiting these traits than the Caucasians. There is a phrase that states:

"WITH GREAT POWER COMES GREAT RESPONSIBILITY."

There is also another truth that Caucasians have been the dominate people that have been running the governments globally wherever they have colonized and have done nothing but plunder, manipulate division and terrorized any peoples who did not classify as white. We can go on as Caucasian people dispute, deflect and deny their responsibility of their human atrocities for the next hundred years but it would not change these undeniable facts. Although a few Caucasians courageously stood up fought and died for the civility of doing what is right, it also remains true that the vast majority did not, which leads to this timely phrase:

"ALL IT TAKES FOR EVIL TO TRIUMPH IS FOR GOOD MEN TO DO NOTHING."

There are millions of people today asking the question: what has gone wrong in this country? The above statement has much to do with the condition of race relations globally. The refusal to address the racial disparity and divide in this country is the catalyst that has led us to the evil that has manifests itself today. African Americans have for centuries cried out about the injustices, cruelty and disrespect that have been perpetrated on them since slavery. There has been a conglomerate effort of peoples and systems put in place to eradicate, disparage and deny African Americans the basic necessities to co-exist on equal ground with society and all has been ignored and ridiculed as figments of our imagination. It would be foolish and arrogant to believe that there would not be consequences to evil machinations that systemically operate to destroy human beings that do not have the power to defend themselves against a force that has sought to subjugate a people for no other reason than fear and racism. This Country has put in the forefront of its beginning the edict "In God we Trust" was it a catchphrase? Or was there a spiritual meaning behind it?
If there is an absolute belief in a Higher Power and this country truly believe that all men are created equal, it would manifest itself undeniably in the way that it treats its people. Perhaps the founding fathers were hypocritical in their beliefs when they chose to write the constitution based on the governing body that spoke of freedom and equality.

Or maybe a more dastardly deed that they never intended on the inclusion of any other race than the White man, woman and their offspring for generations. From the conduct of many in government and the average citizens I would believe the latter, because it's not the words that define integrity and the spiritual essence of people but their actions. Many faces have been put on the voices of opposition; racism, sexism, feminism and hatred, but let us call it for what it truly is there is no middle ground for right and wrong, good and evil or humanity vs inhumanity, only the courage, wisdom and conviction to know the difference.

Of course, I understand that there will be those who still refuse to acknowledge and deny truth and that is ok for them. However, it says more about the spirit of that person than the action of their opposition. The bible speaks of those who carry the fruits of the spirit;

Galatians 5:22-23 New King James Version

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 [a]gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.

The bible also speaks of the fruits of the flesh;

Galatians 5:19-26 New King James Version

19 Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: [a]adultery, [b]fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, 20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, 21 envy, [c]murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

Which spirit do you possess?

In an age where choices are govern by your own will, it comes down to what truly lies in one's heart and spirit.
I know for me, I will always choose what is right because that is the spirit that resides in me.
